Return Policy

Customer Service is our #1 priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept returns within 15 days with the following restrictions:

  • If you are returning a DEFECTIVE item, please fill out our RMA form at the bottom of this page and provide a detailed description of the product defect. If you have a product that is defective right out of the box, it can usually be repaired or replaced at no charge.
  • If you have a product that is damaged during shipping you should notify Friendly Hobbies immediately. It is very important to save ALL packing materials and paperwork, as well as the damaged product. The shipping company may need to see the packaging and pick up the damaged product.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be assessed for all returned merchandise, provided it is unopened and in perfect retail condition, and ready for subsequent resale. The outer packaging must also be in new condition with all, packaging material, parts and manuals enclosed in the original packaged condition.
  • When you package your merchandise for return to Friendly Hobbies.  Make sure to pack it so that the inside as well as the outside packaging do not get damaged.
  • Items returned that are not in retail condition may be rejected, assessed up to a 50% restocking fee and/or be sent back to you, postage COD.
  • Refunds typically take 3-5 business days, from the date of issue, to show up on your account. We will give no refunds nor credits for returns that arrive more than 15 days from the date of our shipment to you.
