Non-Returnable Consignment

Once the consigned products are accepted, they are not returnable or refundable. The Buyer understands and accepts this condition.

Electronics Condition Disclosure

The Buyer acknowledges that the electronic components of the consigned remote-controlled hobby vehicles, including but not limited to motors, servos, speed controls, and transmitters, are provided in their current condition. The Seller makes no guarantees regarding the performance, reliability, or longevity of these electronic components.

No Warranty on Electronics

The Seller expressly disclaims any warranties, expressed or implied, concerning the electronic components' condition, performance, or suitability for a particular purpose. The Buyer agrees that the consigned products are accepted "as is" and that the Seller is not liable for any future failures or defects that may arise.

Battery Condition Disclosure

The Buyer acknowledges that the batteries included with the consigned remote-controlled hobby vehicles may not be new and their lifespan may vary. The Buyer accepts the batteries "as is" and assumes the risk that the batteries may have reduced capacity or may need to be replaced. The Buyer agrees that no warranty or guarantee has been made by the Seller concerning battery life.

Modifications and Performance Disclaimer

The Seller makes no representations that the vehicle performs at factory specifications. The Consignee accepts all risks associated with any changes made to the vehicle's original condition.
