What size groups can you host?
Our sweet spot is 10 to 100 guests. For groups larger than 100 we coordinate full facility buyouts and can run parallel tournaments across all three tracks. Contact us for 100+ events so we can tailor the format.
Is RC racing accessible for people without prior experience?
Yes — our event format is built for mixed-experience groups. First-timers are racing competitively within minutes, and the vehicles are performance-matched so the executive team doesn't have an unfair advantage over the intern class (we've seen plenty of upsets).
Can we bring food, drinks, or a caterer?
Absolutely. Our reserved event space supports outside catering, bar services, and presentation setups. Let us know your vendor during the planning call and we'll coordinate load-in and timing.
Do you handle invoicing and net terms?
Yes. We work regularly with corporate procurement and can provide invoices, W-9s, and standard net terms. Let us know your process on the planning call and we'll match it.
Is the venue A/V-ready for presentations or awards?
Yes. We have sound reinforcement, a large display for the live leaderboard, and a podium area suitable for short presentations, year-end awards, or leadership remarks.
Is the facility accessible?
Our Rancho flagship is single-story with accessible parking and entry. RC racing itself has no physical requirements — it's one of the most inclusive group activities available.
How early should we book?
Common lead times: 4 – 8 weeks for standard weeknight events, 8 – 12 weeks for holiday party season (mid-November through mid-December), and 2 – 4 weeks for weekday lunch-hour slots.
Where are you located?
All events are hosted at our Rancho flagship: 3616 N. Rancho Dr, Las Vegas, NV. It's a 20-minute drive from the Las Vegas Strip and integrates easily into a Vegas conference or off-site trip. Our Henderson location is retail-only and does not host events.
